What is Dynamics 365?

Released in November 2016, Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s latest move in the Dynamics space, combining both existing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to create one single product offering which grants users with even greater control over various areas of their business. These are uniquely defined as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service Automation and Operations, each with its own application listed within Dynamics 365 to help manage that specific business function.
Dynamics 365 offers a group of applications which fit all types of businesses and industries, as well as the opportunity to exclusively subscribe to those that are relevant to your business needs. As well as this added flexibility, users can expect higher levels of productivity through the integration of existing Microsoft products such as Office 365, Azure and Business Intelligence, which results in a more seamless process of managing individual business functions. Thanks to a modern and consistent platform, unrestricted by outdated technology, businesses can also become much more agile and reactive to change by evolving their business processes efficiently and accordingly with use of its integrated apps.
